01The welcome

You’ll be greeted, not hurried.

Walking into a dispensary for the first time can feel like a lot. We built House of Dank around making that moment easy — a warm hello at the door, a team that takes the time to explain how everything works, and a space designed to feel calm the second you step inside.

Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, you’ll get the same patience and personal attention.

02How we host

Hospitality is the whole point.

Three promises every member of our team makes to every person who walks through the door.

  1. I

    Take your time

Nobody will rush you, and there's no clock on the conversation. Look around, pause, come back to it — the pace is yours.

  2. II

    Questions welcome

How a visit works, what to bring, how the store is laid out — ask anything about the experience. Nobody here will make you feel new.

  3. III

    Feel at home

A calm, clean, considered space with people who are genuinely glad you came. Professional where it matters, relaxed everywhere else.

03Signature experience

The First-Time Patient Take Your Time Tour

15–30

minutes, one-on-one,
at your own pace

Request a personal introduction to the store before you ever feel like a customer. A team member will walk you through the space, explain how a visit works, and answer your general questions — no pressure, no rush.

04Up close

Flower worth a closer look.

Some things you have to see up close. This is flower from Burly Botanicals, one of the growers on our shelves, photographed in high definition.

Tap or drag across the photo to look through the loupe — every crystal and pistil is right there.
